Our monthly OPEN GYMS are scheduled until the end of the year and these are OPEN TO ALL. You don’t have to be a member of Crimson Heat to attend these events ❤️ so feel free to come along, gain some new skills and make some new friends.

Open Gyms will run from 12-4pm and will cost £10
