DESCRIPTION:\n\nAll online tickets/passes with QR code will be received via e-mail.\n(Remember, you must be 18+ to enter this session)\n\n\n\n\nAdult gymnastics is for participants aged 18 years and over. It is great fun and a great way to keep fit for all abilities.\n\nIf you  are 16+ and hold a BG membership you are also welcome to join in.\nAdult gymnastics is based in the recreational side of the gym for the warm up, with full use of the gymnastics facilities for the remainder of the session.\nCoaches are on hand for advice and guidance throughout the session.\nYou must register and bring Photo I.D. in order to get in.\nAdult gym is an open session, first come, first served – for up to 45 participants and is £6.00 per session payable online or at reception.\nCome along and have a go, we have a huge range of abilities right from absolute beginners to ex gymnasts.
