DESCRIPTION:Open to dancers with experience aged 11+ with intermediate and above level experience. This intensive is not suitable for beginner dancers. Our aim is for everyone to be comfortable, enjoy the level of challenge and take some positive progress away from the day.\nAll participants receive a certificate of attendance.\nVenue: School of Theatre Excellence (SOTE) 5-6 Allcock St. Deritend, Birmingham, B9 4DY.\nSchedule:\n10-10.15am Welcome & Warm-up\n10.15-11.15am Lyrical / Contemporary workshop with Eve Barnett from EJB Choreography\n11.30 -1pm Turn Technique masterclass with Coach Laura H. Learn drills, fundamentals and progressions for pirouettes, fouettes and travelling turns in this clinic.\nBreaks will be built into the schedule between each class. There are also off-road carparks nearby for a small fee. The centre of Birmingham and the Bullring are a short 10 minute walk.\nAccess to the venue does require you to enter the Birmingham Clean Air Zone. Many cars are charged a fee. This is payable within 7 days. You can check in advance if you are eligible for exemption for this fee based on your vehicle registration.\nClass Schedule:\nThe first session will include a general warm up and mobilisation session.\nThere is a viewing room for parents,. but dancers can be collected at the end of the intensive. 12.45-1pm will be free floor time for performance and parent viewing.\nAt all other times spectators are not permitted inside the studio for safety reasons.\n
